How to get help after hours

Customers who have a support contract with ac3 will have been provided with specific contact information for after hours service. 
Business Hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm AEST.


Customers who do not have a support contract with ac3 can email the Service Desk, where the call will be automatically logged into the ac3 Service Desk system, and will be dealt with the next business day.
