How to get help after hours

Business Hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm AEST.  Customers who have a support contract with ac3 will have been provided with specific contact information for after hours service. 

Customers who do not have a support contract with ac3 can email the Service Desk, where the call will be automatically logged into the ac3 Service Desk system, and will be addressed next business day.
