• dual powered servers only permitted
  
• 1 IP address per physical server
• Reporting:  Data Centre environmentals, & Service Desk

Support

• 1 hour per month per 4KW of IT load included
• 15 minute increments, non cumulative
• business hours only (8.00am - 6.00pm)
• based on "remote hands" — excludes activities that require logging into systems, or reconfiguring infrastructure
• carried out under the direction of the Client at all times

Additonal support may be requested as a Professional service.
