Support

• 1 hour per month per 4KW;
  15 minute increments, non cumulative
  

Included support is for business hours only (8.00am - 6.00pm), and is non-cumulative.  It is based on "remote hands", and excludes activities that require logging into systems, or reconfiguring infrastructure items.  Support activities will be under the direction of the Customer at all times.

Pricing

• $595 per KW per month  (minimum $1,100 per rack per month).
• Additional IP addresses: $120 per annum.
