Shared Backup Service

ac3 has a shared backup service that is used by most of Customers.  Incremental backups (up to 10 GigaBytes) are carried out daily, with a full backup (up to 100 GigaBytes) weekly. 

Tapes are stored both on-site and off-site, with a weekly off-site service.

Backing up to your own facilities

If you provide us with your own backup hardware, we can carry out backups on your behalf.
