ac3 is not just in the data centre "real estate" business. We provide a range of co-location sevices to most of our Customers.
- For some Customers our service may simply be ocasionally escorting hardware engineers, at your request, to attend to a fault in your equipment.
- For most Customers ac3 has become an extension to the Customers's own IT support group, and we work closely with their team.
- For other Customers, ac3 is an outsourced IT support team, and our engagement is with business unit managers.
