Shared Backup Service

ac3 has a shared backup service that is used by most of Customers.  Incremental backups (up to 10 GigaBytes) are carried out daily, with a full backup (up to 100GigaBytes) weekly. 

Tapes are stored both on-site and off-site, with a weekly off-site service.

The cost for the Shared Backup is $120 per month per server.  A Legato client licence is also required at a once-off cost of $550 per server.

Backing up to your own facilities

If you provide us with your own backup hardware, we can carry out backups on your behalf. 

The cost for such services is $120  per hour.
