Internet Connectivity

Internet connectivity at the ATP data centre is provided by two Gigabit links from the data centre via different ducts to different exchanges.  These links are managed by a Tier 1 carrier on our behalf on a 24x7x365 basis.

At the Global Switch data centre all major carriers are present.

The monthly charge for incoming traffic as follows:

• < 2 GigaBytes/month:    $50
• 2 - 150 GigaBytes/month:   $40  per GigaByte
• 150 - 500 GigaBytes/month:    $30 per GigaByte
• > 500 GigaBytes/month:  POA

Government Broadband Service

ac3 is a core site on the NSW Government Broadband Service and so there are no charges associated with traffic to and from NSW Government computers that are located in the ac3 data centres.  If your Agency is not already on the NSW Government Broadband Service, we can arrange for you to be connected.

Leased Lines

ac3 can organise leased lines with any carrier on your behalf.  
We can also manage these lines from $200 per month.

Load Balancing

We can arrange Load Balancing for you at a cost of $150 per month;
or Load Balancing with SSL Accelerator at a cost of $400 per month.

Communications

SPAM and VIRUS Management

When looking at your communications, consider using ac3's Mailflow virus and spam filtering service. 

MailFlow is based on redundant enterprise-strength IronPort infrastructure, which is used by some of the largest ISPs in the world. 

With MailFlow there is no need to buy expensive equipment.   There are no upfront costs, and no contract period:  just a small monthly fee per user.
