Security – escorting visitors

All visitors to the ac3 data centre are escorted by ac3 staff.  Since everyone is subjected to this same requirement, you can be confident that your equipment is physically secure. 

A fixed amount of escort ing during business hours is built into our basic offerings, and charges apply for additional escorting as follows:

• escorting above allowance, during business hours:  $150 per hour
• escorting weekdays 7.00am–8.00am, or 6.00pm–9.00pm:  $180 per hour
• escorting weekdays 9.00pm–7.00am, and weekends: $240 per hour

Security – Networks and Firewalls

ac3 can provide you with a Firewall zone for $120 per month, or a separate port on the ac3 firewall at $120 per month.

We can also monitor and manage your DMZ's, and provide you with analysis reports.  The charge for this is $1,200 per month.
