Project & Program Management

The AC3 Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for delivering internal and external projects to meet your business' demands.  We use our standardised Project Delivery Framework based on the PRINCE2 methodology which provides:

  • Project context to individual pieces of work
  • Definition of project scope, deliverables and costs
  • Defined project coordination and resource management functions
  • Effective communication to stakeholders on project schedules, status and delivery outcomes
  • A process for delivery of projects within clearly delineated phases, providing guidance for AC3 Professional Services, Operational, Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams to achieve key project deliverables.
