The FlexiServer virtual hosting service from ac3 provides the hardware and system software environment for your business, as well as the associated co-location infrastructure and services.

The infrastructure that you use is part of a much larger environment which is shared by other users.  So you get the advantages from economies of scale.

Virtual hosting combines the benefits of both hosting and co-location:

  • lower cost from using shared infrastructure, as well as
  • enhanced security provided by virtualising software.

Standard Configurations

The monthly price includes

  • up to an hour per month of remote hands assistance from ac3 staff  
  • provision of operating system
Included support is for business hours only (8.00am - 6.00pm), and is non-cumulative.  It is based on "remote hands", and excludes activities that require logging into systems, or reconfiguring infrastructure items.  Support activities will be under the direction of the Customer at all times.

FlexiServer Backup

  • Monthly Snapshot:  $20 per month, $200 per restore;  or
  • Daily Backup:  $120 per month per virtual server, with once off $550 Legato licence fee.

Communications

  • $50 per month for the first 2GBytes of incoming traffic
  • $30 per GByte per month in excess of 2GBytes
  • no cost for outgoing traffic.

Additional Storage

$20 per month per additional 40G.
