How FlexiServer is implemented

Each FlexiServer is a virtual server that is "carved out" of a series of large physical servers.  Clients enjoy the benefits of a dedicated server, without the associated cost.

VMware is used to partition the hardware into a series of discrete virtual environments, each of which can be configured differently, and can run different operating systems.

VMware ensures absolute isolation between the virtual environments, to provide a highly secure environment.

Your choice of Operating Environment

FlexiServer accommodates a mix of operating systems environments — Microsoft, Linux — with a range of configurations.

Increased reliability

Not only does FlexiServer provide flexibility with hardware configuration, it provides enhanced reliability.

Should a virtual environment fail for whatever reason, FlexiServer uses a special feature of VMware to recreate that environment in a flash in a spare part of the infrastructure, and your service continues without noticeable delay.

This is a significant improvement in reliability, and provides SMEs with the reliability normally associated with enterprise IT environments.  And it comes as a standard feature of FlexiServer.
