This position is best suited for a senior techie who is an SME in the Virtualisation, Microsoft Infrastructure and Applications Technology field, and is able to understand defined business objectives and translate into a client's IT requirement and provide a suitable solutions.

Service Desk Analyst

The Service desk team is growing and looking for an experienced helpdesk/desktop support analyst to be the first point of contact in a service desk environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with the industry leaders, develop your skills with exposure to a variety of technologies and get exposed to a mix of government and corporate clients across Sydney where every day is a learning experience.

Network & Security Engineer

We are seeking interest from people who believe they embody our company behaviours by being SMART, NIMBLE & STRAIGHTFORWARD, are truly passionate about Networks & Security, and get a kick out of developing the best solutions for our customers.  You will be providing technical expertise in the areas of Networking and Security, with a particular focus on R&S, Wireless, Security. Utilising your extensive hands-on experience across a multitude of networking and security products, you will be tasked with consulting, designing, planning, installing and configuring customer environments.

Linux/ UNIX Engineer

Currently we have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Linux/ Unix Engineer to join our Managed Services team.

  • Manage the day to day activities required to support AC3 and customer system/s, including managing and reporting on incidents and problems.
  • Provide analysis and support to systems to ensure performance meets or exceeds defined SLA's.
  • Provide input to customer strategy and solutions as well as the AC3 system management framework.
  • Provide support to AC3 or customer projects to facilitate service delivery
