Pre- Sales/ Solution Architect - Infrastructure

This position is best suited for a senior techie who is an SME in the Virtualisation, Microsoft Infrastructure and Applications Technology field, and is able to understand defined business objectives and translate into a client's IT requirement and provide a suitable solutions.

Service Delivery Manager

Currently we have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. This role is an initial 6 month fixed-term contract with a view to permanent. Join our successful Service Integration & Management team, as part of the Service Delivery function to provide management of contracts, service level management and reporting across our varied customer base across both government and commercial sectors.

Service Portfolio Manager

You will identify and develop new solutions that will maximise the product growth as well as overseeing continuous improvements of current engagements. You will also be responsible for leading the ongoing development of standardised tender response material and work proactively to ensure this material is available to the Sales and Consulting Teams.

PMO Team Leader

Reporting to the Head of Professional Services, your key role is to lead a team of Project Managers in the delivery of complex projects for our varied customer base and ownership of the overall governance of the PMO. This position is best suited to a Senior Project Manager who has experience leading a team and providing input into the structure of a PMO. You will be known for your ability to deliver even the most complex outcomes, being all about best practise and a person your team looks to for guidance and support! 

Systems Engineer - Citrix SME

We are seeking interest from like-minded professionals who believe they can add value to our organisation by being truly passionate about Citrix, Vmware, SCCM, Azure and O365, working with the latest technologies, and gets a kick out of developing the best solutions for our customers. Are you are Team or Techncial Lead who likes to be working on projects, while driving outcomes for the team?

Systems Engineer - Citrix SME

We are seeking interest from like-minded professionals who believe they can add value to our organisation by being truly passionate about Citrix, Vmware, SCCM, Azure and O365, working with the latest technologies, and gets a kick out of developing the best solutions for our customers. The first piece of work will be to deliver a project for a key customer. This will involve working as part of a dedicated project team, as the Citrix SME. You will be expected to work across multiple sites, including Eveleigh, Parramatta and Olympic Park.

Service Desk Manager

Currently we have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Manager to join a company which is growing at a rapid pace, thanks to continued customer success. This role has become available due to internal promotions and growth of their customer base.

Vendor Alliances Manager

Currently we have rare and exciting opportunities for a Vendor Alliance/ Channel Manager to join our team. The purpose of this role is to provide strategic procurement advice, plannning and execution on strategies to support the internal and external needs of AC3. This is a newly created role, reporting to the Sales Director and will manage the relationships with our Vendors (HP/ HPE, Cisco, Microsoft, Lenovo, etc) to ensure we are maxamizing our abilities to deliver the best for our customers!

Commercial Sales Manager

Currently we have rare opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our team and manage our Commercial team into the next phase of growth!

DBA - Oracle Weblogic

Reporting to the Database Team Lead, your key role is to provide day to day management and administration of the Oracle and SQL Database environment, as well as projects for high profile clients.  

Relationship Managers

Currently we have rare and exciting opportunities for multiple experienced Business Development Managers/ Relationship Managers to join our team. Joining our highly successful Sales team, you will be given warm accounts which are currently generating revenue, and will use your exceptional business development skills to broaden your portfolio. Offering uncapped commissions selling of full suite of products and services, your earnings will increase year on year as monthly revenue accrued rolls over without limitation.

Business Analyst

We have an opportunity for a Service Management Business Analysts to be a part of our team. This position will play a key role working internally and with our customers to help solve ITIL and Service Operations challenges. This role will report to the Practise Manager - Service Management. As an MSP, the primary purpose of the role will be to add value to our customers' Service Management Operations by offering best practice advice and if required, executing on the strategy.
