A message from our CEO

“Hi there, if you’ve landed on this page you're more than likely a woman and we piqued your interest, if so, that’s great! It’s exactly what we wanted, so, welcome. If you’re not a woman, that’s also great because you can learn how we are working towards being a more inclusive workplace and how we are specifically supporting women at AC3. I think that we have a great culture at AC3 (of course I’m biased) and this has been fostered by our high performing, down-to-earth and easy-going attitude, but a big part of it is also because of our diversity. We have people from all over the world with different ethnic, religious and cultural backgrounds working together to make us who we are – this is one of the things I’m really proud of. Having said this, we are a tech company and are a reflection of the industry where women are a minority and are underrepresented. Our goal is to increase the number of women at AC3! Why? Because it will add even more flavour to our already rich culture. It will create an even more inclusive workplace where people are empowered to be the best version of themselves and in turn perform at their best. This isn’t just about doing the right thing, it’s about doing what’s right for our people, our culture and our customers. Rise Up Community

Empowering the next generation of female leaders.

Rise Up was created with the vision to encourage greater participation of women in technology and empower the next generation of female leaders. Rise Up helps members connect, share and learn in a positive, safe and supportive environment. We are committed to building skills, breaking down barriers and enabling meaningful professional and personal growth. We aim to create a strong community that connects women across AC3 and the wider industry, providing education, tools, resources and opportunities for our members and allies. Guided by values of respect, confidentiality, empowerment, shared experience and collective commitment, we support every member in becoming the best they can be.

Diamond Club

Rewarding AC3's high achievers.

The Diamond Club is created to reward high achievers at AC3. Membership is nominated by leadership teams and lasts for one financial year. During this period nominated staff are rewarded for their efforts with a range of activities such as, 1:1 coaching, group workshops, opportunities to attend senior leadership meetings, the Diamond Buddy programme and more. We want talented people who continuously try hard, treat people with respect and bring forward new ideas to be not only rewarded but supported in their career growth.

Speak Up Advisors

Providing support to the wider team.

Creating a safe work environment is a priority at AC3. Having multiple avenues to report incidents and supportive colleagues to lean on is vital. Speak Up Advisors is an initiative made up of selective volunteer employees to provide a confidential and supportive alternative contact for AC3ers who experience or witness harassment, that AC3ers do not want to directly approach the People & Culture Team. This team will not investigate complaints but rather, provide information regarding reporting options, be active bystanders and provide vital support.
