According to Gartner, “Sourcing, procurement and vendor management leaders looking for public cloud managed and professional services in APAC as part of their cloud adoption requirements should optimise long-term cloud service benefits by selecting a provider with a strong roadmap that emphasises multi-cloud support, hybrid cloud expertise, and innovation in using cloud-native capabilities.”
A key finding of the report was that “local midsize cloud managed service providers are offering an alternative to global system integrators, differentiating in their agility, ease of doing business with, focus on key competencies, local presence and at times with their cost competitiveness”.
