On 26 January 2026, Cisco announced the launch of their 360 Partner Program designed to provide clarity across the Cisco portfolio, including Splunk platforms, as well as reward partners for their expertise and the measurable value they create across the customer lifecycle. As an MSP, AC3 will leverage the new program to elevate customer outcomes and deliver exceptional service.
Following the launch, AC3 has access to Cisco’s partner metric called Partner Value Index (PVI), a key resource which provides the end goal of tailored learning paths and opportunities for Cisco partners to boost value and profitability.
Focusing on the notion that the PVI measures partners by the value provided to customers, AC3 has dedicated resources to increasing their PVI across Splunk and Cisco networking specifically by redesigning scopes of work, upgrading our Cisco and Splunk skillset via Cisco’s Black Belt Academy, and successfully completing audit requirements.
The result? AC3 is a now a Preferred Partner in both Cisco Networking and Splunk, which in turn delivers the benefits of:
- Better customer engagement
- Ensuring customers can see the value we can add to their operations
- Better pricing for our customers
- A more evolved partner relationship
“By adapting, we, and more importantly our customers, are thriving in the new world of Cisco PVI”, says Clifford Fairbass, AC3’s Partner Alliances Manager.
